Day 21

Yesterday I was grateful for:

• Free tasty breakfast from kind neighbors.
• Generous neighbors who helped me learn trap shooting.
• Warm sun so we could be outside.
• Technology, so we could listen to the radio out in the middle of nowhere.
• Finishing a project, because that feels pretty good.
• Tasty lunch with my husband.
• Cute pictures of my niece and nephew.
• A brother-in-law who lets me stay involved with my niece and nephew.

Today I am grateful for:

1. The laundry being less onerous than initially predicted.
2. Actually being able to smell the scent of fresh-baked bread.
3. A thoughtful mother-in-law who brought me an Easter basket.
4. Thoughtful in-laws, who treated us to dinner.
5. Music that we can share with family.
6. Sleeping in.
7. Puppy footwarmers.
8. Hearing my mother's voice after her week-long absence.
9. Amazing chocolate brownies.
10. Beautiful spring weather.
